Ruchi Soya Industries allots 228900 shares

Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 10, 2010 has allotted 2,28,900 equity shares on exercise of even number of employee stock options. Post such allotment the paid up capital of the Company is Rs. 62.24 crores divided into 31,12,18,010 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.135.65, up by Rs.1.40 or 1.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.138.45 and low of Rs.134.70.

The total traded quantity was 3.32 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.02 lakhs.
