DMC Education allots 150000 FCDs

DMC Education Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2010, inter alia, has allotted 1,50,000 Zero %age Fully Convertible Debentures of Rs. 100/- each, compulsorily convertible into Equity Shares with a face value of Rs. 5/- each at the end of 12 (Twelve) Months from the date of allotment amounting to Rs. 15 million to HT Media Ltd.

The stock closed the day at Rs.24.35, up by Rs.1.15 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.35 and low of Rs.23.45.

The total traded quantity was 5.17 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 5.87 lakhs.
