Interworld Digital allots 40 crore warrants

Interworld Digital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2010, allotted 40,00,00,000 Convertible Warrants to Promoter as well as Non Promoters Group on preferential basis.

In this respect, 34,93,00,000 convertible warrants is allotted to Non-Promoter and 5,07,00,000 convertible warrants is allotted to Promoter group on preferential basis at the offer price of Rs. 2.55/- (IncludIng the premium of Rs. 1.55/-).

The stock closed the day at Rs.3.09, up by Rs.0.10 or 3.34%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.10 and low of Rs.2.89.

The total traded quantity was 0.72 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.78 lakhs.
