HDFC allots 829480 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on November 09, 2010, allotted 8,29,480 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 292,47,53,190 consisting of 146,23,76,595 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.724.70, down by Rs.2.95 or 0.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.728 and low of Rs.714.10.

The total traded quantity was 2.10 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.81 lakhs.
