Indo Rama Synthetics approves allotment of 2 crore warrants

Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2010, inter alia, has approved allotment of 2,00,00,000 Preferential Convertible Warrants to Promoter Group Companies at a price of Rs. 40.60 per warrant.

The stock closed the day at Rs.71.50, up by Rs.3.65 or 5.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.73.30 and low of Rs.68.

The total traded quantity was 3.97 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.01 lakhs.
