Himatsingka Seide to consider fund raising on Nov 11, 2010

Himatsingka Seide Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2010, inter alia, to consider various possibilities to raise funds through issue of Equity Shares/other instruments.

The stock closed the day at Rs.51.10, up by Rs.1.50 or 3.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51.40 and low of Rs.48.50.

The total traded quantity was 4.04 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.08 lakhs.
