Zyden Gentec allots 70 lakh warrants

Zyden Gentec Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 08, 2010, inter alia, allotted 70,00,000 convertible warrants of Re. 1/- each at premium of Rs. 1.10/-, to Promoters and person other than Promoter, as per in-principle approval obtained from Stock Exchange.

The Board will also consider general discussion on the working and performance of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2.09, down by Rs.0.01 or 0.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2.20 and low of Rs.2.

The total traded quantity was 0.34 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.38 lakhs.
