Proto Developers to issue 25 crore shares

Proto Developers & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 08, 2010, has decided the issue of 25,00,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 1/- each at a premium of Rs. 1/- each on Preferential basis.

The Board further decided that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting will be held on December 10, 2010, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Special Resolution regarding to approve the issue of Equity Shares on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1.20, up by Rs.0.06 or 5.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1.36 and low of Rs.1.15.

The total traded quantity was 0.89 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.17 lakhs.
