Info-Drive Software Ltd has announced that at the Meeting of QIP Issue Committee held on November 04, 2010, it was decided to close the issue of equity shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB's) under the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue at the close of the banking hours on November 04, 2010. The amount collected by way of application money is Rs. 41,90,33,000/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.22.60, down by Rs.0.25 or 1.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.25 and low of Rs.22.

The total traded quantity was 2151 compared to 2 week average of 8951.
