IVRCL Assets & Holdings allots 11627905 Equity Shares on preferential basis

IVRCL Assets & Holdings Ltd has announced that 1,16,27,905 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- at a price of Rs. 129/- (including premium of Rs. 119/-) aggregating to Rs. 149,99,99,874 have been allotted to Unit Trust of India Investment Advisory Services Ltd A/c. Ascent India Fund III on Preferential basis in the meeting of the Executive committee of the Board of Directors held on November 04, 2010.
