Aptech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2010, have allotted 4,79,670 Equity Shares to M/s. Bhukanvala Holdings Pvt. Ltd. on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 158/- (One Hundred Fifty Eight) per share.

The stock closed the day at Rs.159.45, up by Rs.1 or 0.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.162.75 and low of Rs.158.

The total traded quantity was 1.56 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.83 lakhs.
