KDDL approves allotment of 1687600 warrants

KDDL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 02, 2010, inter alia, has considered & approved the Allotment of 16,87,600 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to promoters and others.

The stock was trading at Rs.114.55, up by Rs.5.45 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.114.55 and low of Rs.113.

The total traded quantity was 3150 compared to 2 week average of 10590.
