RPG Life Sciences allots 28391 Equity Shares under ESOP Scheme

RPG Life Sciences Ltd has announced the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on November 01, 2010 has issued and allotted 28,391 equity shares of Rs. 8/- each under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP Scheme) pursuant to exercise of equivalent number of stock options by employees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.103.10, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.106 and low of Rs.102.60.
