Zensar Technologies allots 14900 Equity Shares

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees of the Company, the Compensation Committee of the Directors has allotted fully paid up 14,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the company to the employees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.153, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.154 and low of Rs.152.05.

The total traded quantity was 2197 compared to 2 week average of 8882.
