City Union Bank allots 1866470 Equity Shares

City Union Bank Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board at its meeting held on October 27, 2010 allotted 18,66,470 equity shares of Re. 1/- each pursuant to exercise of options by the eligible employees under City Union Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme 2008 (CUB ESOS-2008 - Series I) - Tranche 1.

The stock was trading at Rs.50.50, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52.40 and low of Rs.49.70.

The total traded quantity was 26.99 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 7.14 lakhs.
