Innovative Tech Pack to approve allotment of 15 lakh shares

Innovative Tech Pack Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2010, to consider and approve the allotment of 15,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at par, fully paid up, to Promoters on preferential basis in accordance with the Rehabilitation Scheme sanctioned by the Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) vide its dated July 19, 2010.
