Aban Offshore allots 3600 equity shares

Aban Offshore Ltd has announced that the 3,600 (Three Thousand Six Hundred only) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each allotted under Employee Stock Options Scheme (ESOS 2005) include the allotment of 1500 equity shares to a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.787.40, down by Rs.26.05 or 3.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.821 and low of Rs.780.

The total traded quantity was 1.81 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.53 lakhs.
