Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 37350 shares

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on October 27, 2010, inter alia, allotted 37,350 shares to the employees of the company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.324.15, up by Rs.10.40 or 3.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.331.80 and low of Rs.314.

The total traded quantity was 6.51 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.17 lakhs.
