DFM Foods to consider preferential issue on Oct 29, 2010

DFM Foods Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2010, inter-alia, to consider the matter of issue and allotment of the equity shares of the Company on Preferential basis to a non-promoter investor and also, as may be required, to fix up the date, time and venue of the Extra Ordinary General meeting of the members of the Company for that purpose.

The stock was trading at Rs.50, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.50 and low of Rs.48.95.
