7Seas Technologies approves allotment of 137220 shares

7Seas Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2010, inter alia, has considered and approved the allotment of 137220 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees on ESOP basis on conversion of 137220 options.

The stock was trading at Rs.98.90, down by Rs.5.20 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.103 and low of Rs.98.90.

The total traded quantity was 0.77 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.48 lakhs.
