Cronimet Alloys India to consider preferential issue of warrants

Cronimet Alloys India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2010, inter alia, approved the issue of Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis.

The Extra - Ordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on November 25, 2010.

The Board has appointed Mr. Prashant Boorugu as Managing Director of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.98.70, up by Rs.5.10 or 5.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.104.25 and low of Rs.93.05.

The total traded quantity was 0.60 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.54 lakhs.
