Sterling Holiday Resorts allots 412000 shares

Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2010, have allotted 4,12,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.97.80, down by Rs.2.70 or 2.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.100.50 and low of Rs.97.

The total traded quantity was 0.39 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.29 lakhs.
