Camlin allots 219312 shares

Camlin Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company, at the meeting held on October 25, 2010, have allotted 2,19,312 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each to employees who have exercised their option to apply for equity shares as per the 'Camlin Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008'. The shares are allotted at a price of Rs. 16/- per equity share.

Consequent, to this allotment the paid up Equity Share capital of the Company is 6,08,49,487 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.46.20, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.45 and low of Rs.46.

The total traded quantity was 1.47 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.86 lakhs.
