Bombay Rayon Fashions approves allotment of 1.60 crore GDRs

Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on October 22, 2010 has considered and approved the allotment of 1,60,00,000 (One crore sixty lacs) GDRs representing 1,60,00,000 underlying equity shares at par value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of US $ 6.60 per GDR to the persons resident outside India.

The stock was trading at Rs.246.50, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.249.95 and low of Rs.244.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.56 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.23 lakhs.
