Kirloskar Brothers Board to consider interim dividend

Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2007, to transact the following:

1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2006.

2. To consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
