iGate Global Solutions Ltd has announced the following audited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006:
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 170.50 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 93.80 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2005. Total Income has increased from Rs 1,465.80 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 to Rs 1,957.90 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
The Consolidated results are as follows:
The Group has posted a net profit (after minority interest) of Rs 159.50 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 13.00 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2005. Total Income has increased from Rs 1,643.60 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 to Rs 2,105.90 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
Phaneesh Murthy, Company's CEO said "We closed the third quarter with robust revenue growth and we continue to make steady progress in line with our objectives. We are moving ahead to achieve the goal of 15% EBIDTA margins by the Quarter ending March 2007".
