PFL Infotech allots shares, warrants

PFL Infotech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2008, 3,00,000 (Three Lakhs) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 15/- per Share and 11,50,000 (Eleven Lakhs Fifty Thousand) fully convertible warrants of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, with an option to convert each one of them into one equity share of Rs 10/- each, after a period of one year at a conversion price of Rs 15/- (Rupees Fifteen only) have been allotted to Sri. P Amresh Kumar, Hyderabad, promoter of the Company.
