GTL Infrastructure allots 35563925 equity shares

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on September 16, 2008, has considered and approved the allotment of 35,563,925 Equity Shares at a conversion price of Rs 40/- per share, consequent to conversion part of the warrants issued on preferential basis.
