Computer Point allots 15000000 warrants

Computer Point Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2008, pursuant to authority vested on the Board by Members' resolution dated August 06, 2008 an aggregate of 1,50,00,000 convertible warrants with option for conversion into one Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at par for each warrant to the undernoted applicants who have duly paid in full the upfront amount of 10% for the respective application for convertible warrants mentioned against each of them in the undernoted list.
