Koffee Break converts 175000 warrants

Koffee Break Pictures Ltd has announced that the committee in their meeting held on August 27, 2008, converted 1,75,000 warrants into 1,75,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 21/- including premium of Rs 11/- per share at cash.

1. Nalini N Gada: 1,25,000 No. of Shares

2. Dipesh Jain: 50,000 No. of Shares.
