Simplex Projects approves issue of 8 Lakh warrants

Simplex Projects Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 22, 2008, inter alia, has considered the Issue of 8,00,000 (Eight Lacs) Warrants on preferential basis, convertible into 8,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up within 18 months from the date of allotment at a price to be determined in accordance with SEBI Guidelines, to M/s. Saffron Finpro Distributors Pvt Ltd, Non-Promoter, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
