Neogem India Board Meeting on Aug 29, 2008 to consider preferential allotment

Neogem India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2008, inter alia, to consider Preferential Allotment to Promoters and independent investors.

To approve the draft of Directors' report and Notice convening the 17th Annual General Meeting and to fix the day, date, time and venue for the same.

To fix the date of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the 17th Annual General Meeting.
