Greycells Entertainment to issue 2 lakh shares

Greycells Entertainment Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2008, inter alia, has approved further issue of 2,00,000 equity shares to Access Atlantech Edutainment (I) Ltd (AAT) on preferential allotment basis, subject to the approval of shareholders.

To make Intercorporate Investments by way of subscription, purchase or otherwise, subject to the approval of shareholders.

Change in control pursuant to Regulation 12 of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997.

The approval of the shareholders for the above will be sought through Postal Ballot.
