Syncom Formulations Board Meeting on Aug 29, 2008 to consider issue of securities

Syncom Formulations India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 29, 2008, to consider the matter relating to raising the share capital of the Company by way of right issue of the Equity Shares and Warrants convertible into the Equity Shares to the existing shareholders of the Company.

To consider the matter relating to increase in the authorized share capital of the Company and consequential alteration in the capital clause of the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company.

To approve the notice of Annual General Meeting and the directors Report for the year 2007-08.
