Yashraj Containeurs allots 1050000 shares, 1581578 warrants

Yashraj Containeurs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2008, inter alia, has allotted Equity Shares and also convertible share warrants to the eligible applicants from whom money was already received and also some other allottees from whom money is yet to be collected who were allotted convertible share warrants.

10,50,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each with a premium of Rs 85/- each thereon were allotted and 15,81,578, convertible shares Warrants were also allotted of Rs 10/- each with a premium of Rs 85/- each thereon.

Further the Company has made the allotment of the aforesaid Equity shares and also convertible share Warrants on the basis of the approval sought for from the Hon'ble BIFR vide its letter dated August 08, 2008.

The Board has decided to allot the convertible Share Warrants from whom 10% of the amount is received or receivable and then make a call to them to pay the balance of 90% or 100% as the case may be of the amount within a reasonable period and communicate this matter individually to each of the allottees officially.
