Nissan Copper allots 70 Lakh warrants

Nissan Copper Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2008, inter alia, has allotted 70,00,000 (Seventy Lacs) Fully Convertible Equity Share Warrants on Preferential Basis to the Promoters / Independent Investors as per the list approved by the shareholders in the extra-ordinary general meeting held on July 19, 2008.
