Expo Gas approves preferential issue of 45 Lakh warrants

Expo Gas Containers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2008, inter alia, has taken the decision on Preferential Issue of the 45,00,000 Convertible Warrants to promoters subject to the approval of the shareholders in general meeting.
