Konark Synthetic to reduce or cancel 42000 shares

Konark Synthetic Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2008, inter alia, has recommended reduction / cancellation of share capital to the extent of 42000 Equity Share of Rs 10/- each (Rupees Ten only) issued under the Preferential Issue subject to the approval of members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting and Hon'ble High Court of Bombay.

For this purpose, convene an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on September 08, 2008.
