Marksans Pharma to allot 8400241 shares

Marksans Pharma Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2008, inter alia, has resolved to create, issue, offer and allot 84,00,241 Equity shares of Rs 1/- each at a premium of Rs 19.12/- each, of the Company, aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs 16,89,87,000/- to Barnacle LLC, on preferential allotment basis.
