Ashnoor Textile allots 3500000 shares

Ashnoor Textile Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 09, 2008, has allotted 35,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at par on preferential allotment basis to the persons belonging to promoters group.
