Dynamatic Technologies allots 604000 equity shares at Rs 1234

Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has announced that the QIP Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2008, has issued and allotted 604,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 1,224/- per equity share (Issue Price of Rs 1,234/- per share) to the Qualified Institutional Buyers under Chapter XIII - A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000. Tile QIBs participated in the Issue are FID Funds (Mauritius) Ltd, New Vernon India Ltd and Credit Suisse (Singapore) Ltd.

The stock was trading at Rs.1300, up by Rs.11.65 or 0.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1307 and low of Rs.1210.

The total traded quantity was 728 compared to 2 week average of 1908.
