Xo Infotech to call for payment on warrants

Xo Infotech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2008, inter alia, has decided to make a First Call of Rs 2.50/- per warrant, aggregating to Rs 3.25 Crores (Three Crores and Twenty Five Lakhs only), in respect of 1,30,00,000 Convertible warrants (to be converted into 13,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each) offered and issued pursuant to the members approval at their EGM dated November 04, 2007.
