Premier to consider allotment of 2318053 shares on Aug 06, 2008

Premier Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2008, to consider and approve the allotment of 23,18,053 equity shares to M/s. Doshi Holdings Pvt. Ltd., one of the Promoters of the Company, against conversion of equivalent number of convertible warrants issued to them earlier, on Preferential Basis.
