Fluidomat Ltd has sold free hold agriculture land

Fluidomat Ltd has executed sale deed for sale of free hold agriculture land of 0.549 hectare out of 0.743 hectare situated in Hingonia Gram, Indore (M.P.) Tehsil and District.

The Company has received full and final payment Rs. 177.00 lakhs from the buying party. None of the promoters, Directors, KMPs and their relatives are interested in this transaction.

Earlier, the buyer had agreed to purchase whole land of 0.743 hectare at a total consideration value of Rs. 180.00 lakhs now he is willing to purchase 0.549 hectare only at an agreed price of Rs. 177.00 lakhs.

The remaining part of 0.194 hectare shall be remain with the Company.

Shares of FLUIDOMAT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 999.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1041.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 75357 in over 1273 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1025.00 and intraday low of 989.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 74827662.00.
