ADF Foods Limited receives notifications from GPCB to close operations of its plants

ADF Foods Limited has recently received two communications from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB), dated 11th April 2025 (received by the Company on 16th April 2025) directing the Company to close operations of its plants located at: (i) Plot No. 83/86, & C1/40/2/34, GIDC Estate, Nadiad, Tal. Nadiad, Dist. Kheda, and (ii) Plot No. 94, GIDC Estate, Nadiad, Tal. Nadiad, Dist. Kheda, for alleged violation of the provisions of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution Act), 1974.

At ADF Foods Limited, we take environmental compliances with the utmost seriousness.

On assessment, the aforementioned correspondences require reconsideration by GPCB.

Accordingly, the Company would, under advice, take all necessary steps for reconsideration of the aforementioned correspondences by GPCB, and for early resolution of the matter.
