Parth Construction enters into agreement for sale of FSI

Parth Construction, a partnership Firm, Step Down Subsidiary of B-Right Realestate Limited has entered into an agreement for sale of FSI with M/s. Keyvihar Realtors Private Limited (Rustomjee Group Companies).

As per the earlier agreement, the transaction contemplates FSI sales of 5983.24 Sq meters. for total consideration aggregating to Rs. 91,55,52,000/- (Rupees Ninety One Crore Fifty Five Lakhs and Fifty Two Thousands Only). Further as per the revised agreement there is an additional sale of FSI of 744.01 Sq. meters for total consideration aggregating to Rs. 11,38,33,148/- (Rupees Eleven Crore Thirty Eight Lakhs Thirty Three Thousand One Hundred and Forty Eight). Thus, total transaction now stands FSI sales area of 6727.25 Sq. meters totaling Rs. 102,93,85,148/- (Rupees One Hundred Two Crore Ninety Three Lakhs Eighty Five Thousand One Hundred and Forty Fight Only).

Shares of B-Right Realestate Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 347.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 338.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18400 in over 2 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 347.00 and intraday low of 333.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6138400.00.
