Adani Wilmar Ltd is now AWL Agri Business Ltd

The name of the Company has been changed from "Adani Wilmar Limited" to "AWL Agri Business Limited" w.e.f. 17th March, 2025 pursuant to the fresh certificate of incorporation dated 17th March, 2025 received from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Office of the Central Processing Centre, Manesar, Haryana.

With this, the new name of the company now shall be "AWL Agri Business Limited."

Shares of Adani Wilmar Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 246.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 250.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 158136 in over 3356 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 252.55 and intraday low of 245.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 39392133.00.
