Auro Vaccines Pvt Ltd terminates license agreement with Hilleman Laboratories Singapore Pte Ltd

Auro Vaccines Private Limited, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company, has today, March 5, 2025, terminated the License Agreement (entered on September 27, 2023) with Hilleman Laboratories Singapore Pte, Limited to develop, manufacture and commercialize a pentavalent vaccine candidate used in children vaccination.

Auro Vaccines Private Limited is not a material subsidiary to the Company and the termination of a Licence Agreement for a very early-stage vaccine asset is not a material event. It may also be noted that this termination of Agreement will not have any significant impact on the Company and/or its subsidiaries or its financials.

Shares of Aurobindo Pharma Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1092.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1051.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17006 in over 1663 trades.
