ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited approves interim dividend of Rs. 5.50

The Board of Directors of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, at their Meeting held on today i.e. Friday, October 18, 2024, noted and approved the declaration and payment of interim dividend of Rs. 5.50/- per equity share i.e. at the rate of 55.0% of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The interim dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on the Record date i.e. Monday, October 28, 2024.

The Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on or before Saturday, November 16, 2024.

Shares of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2014.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2039.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5288 in over 1151 trades.
