Indowind Energy Limited fixes July 16, 2024 as record date for rights issue

The Board of Directors of Indowind Energy Limited has considered and approved the following terms of the Rights Issue:

Type of Issuance: Rights Issue - Fully paid-up equity shares

Total number of Equity Shares proposed to be issued and Rights Issue size: 2,14,66,956 (Two Crores Fourteen Lakh Sixty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-Six) fully paid-up Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 4830.06 Lakhs* (Rupees Four Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Lakhs and Six Thousand Only);
*Assuming full subscription of Equity Shares

Rights Entitlement Ratio: 1:5 (One Rights Equity Share for every 5 fully paid-up Equity Shares held by the Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company, as on the Record Date)

Rights Issue Price: Rs. 22.5/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 12.50/- per Equity Share);

Record Date: Tuesday, July 16, 2024;

Last date for on Market Renunciation for Rights Entitlement: Wednesday, July 31, 2024
